Rich Coast Realty is a full service Real Estate company dedicated to professional Real Estate services and Construction on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. My name is Brendan Ryan and I started Rich Coast Realty to fill the demand for reliable, honest, real estate services in the Central Pacific region of Costa Rica. I have been visiting Costa Rica for over 9 years and have been a full time resident for 7 years working with clients from all over the world. I love Costa Rica and I enjoy helping other people realize their dreams of retirement homes, vacation homes, or property investments here in this beautiful little country.
Through my time here I have gained local connections and familiarity with the legalities of buying property in Costa Rica to ensure that my clients have my knowlege and experience as a resource to protect their investment, and to make the move and adjustment to the local culture more comfortable. I work closely with local attorneys and with the local municipality (government) to ensure that all properties that we promote are in good legal standing.
