Construction Services
We have a regular crew of dedicated professionals and take pride in every house that we build. We work with local hardware stores to support the local economy and buy in bulk to get better prices and pass that savings on to the customer. Construction takes about 5 months total, depending on the design of the house; 1 month to get the building permission from the Municipality, and about 4 months to build the house. During which time we send regular photo updates and are available to answer any questions buyers have about the progress of their home. All construction is done using the best quality materials and we will work with clients to make it the house of your dreams. We offer very competetive rates and professional service.
We have built 5 houses since October 2009 and have several others contracted for this year. Even in this economy clients are choosing to build with us because of the quality and professionalism we display, and the competetive prices we offer.
