A portion (approx 86 acres or 35 hectares) of the pastures is on the 'other' side of the paved road and goes to the waterfront (mangroves) of the Gulf. This area stays green all year,
 so also serves a strategic purpose for farming. It's not very often that such a special property comes onto the market and is offered at real value.
